Ordered some products on the 3rd of April, still haven't arrived yet, it has been over a month. The company is a total scam and its impossible to return any items. Order number #32877
I will never support a business like this ever again! I thought that this was a pretty legitimate company but I've been clearly scammed. I ordered jewelry on March 29. I've already emailed and received no help whatsoever. I am confused about how a company like this is still running????? They don't have the resources necessary to assist their customers, it's a joke.

I also experienced a delayed/lost item, but the support team at Midnight City was very helpful & offered to send a new necklace at no extra cost. It arrived promptly & the product is wonderful. I think they might have to look into the courier service they use to figure out all of the delays, but other than that I’m very impressed with the quality of he product & the customer service team. I look forward to shopping with them again.
Great products, delivered quickly in secured packaging. I keep forgetting to take the ring I got off and all of the gems have stayed in through bread kneading, washing up and gardening. Fully recommend!

I ordered two pendants from midnight city 17 days ago which haven't been delivered yet( although I paid for quick delivery). Not satisfied with the delivery service at all.
The Support Team over at Midnight City is seriously the best. They’re very responsive and more than helpful!
I ordered some pieces from Midnight City back in December 2020. Due to their production, I wasn’t able to get the pieces I originally ordered. Yes, this sounds kinda sad but Midnight City Support has been nothing but supportive. They seriously more than made up for it and I’m so happy with what I got. I was still able to get some jewelry from them and I swear it’s the most beautiful pieces ever. They’re based in the UK while I’m based in the US but I was able to receive my new items in literally 3 days!
If I could give them a 10 star rating, I definitely would! Going to be ordering more from them!
If anyone is having any mixed emotions about the quality or if they’re legit, throw those doubts out the window. They’re amazing!
